Engineering Staff (Winery – Bottling Line) Job Summary

Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting winery bottling line equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Operate, monitor, and maintain bottling line machinery during daily production.

Perform electrical and mechatronics troubleshooting on production equipment.

Conduct routine inspections,
preventive maintenance
, and equipment cleaning.

Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.

Support production team to ensure machines run safely and efficiently.

Maintain engineering logs, checklists, and basic technical reports.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams on operational issues.

Minimum D3 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
.

Experience in manufacturing environment
, preferably bottling or packaging line.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems (sensors, motors, panels, basic automation).

Basic mechanical understanding (conveyor, pneumatic, pumps).

Experience handling bottling line machinery is highly preferred.

Knowledge of boiler, chiller, compressor, and utilities is a plus (not mandatory).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
