About the role

We are seeking a Logistic & Delivery Admin to join our team at PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective management of our logistics and delivery operations from our Tangerang, Banten location.

• Coordinating the scheduling and tracking of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
• Liaising with carriers and logistics providers to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and optimise delivery performance
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing the warehouse storage and retrieval processes
• Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms
• Providing administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, report generation, and file management
• Identifying opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and implementing process improvements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or delivery administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation or distribution industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics
