School is looking for Head Mistress to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Lead and oversee the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the assigned department or organization
Develop and implement policies, processes, and objectives to achieve organizational goals
Foster collaboration among teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives
Represent the organization in key meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Monitor financial performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
Drive innovation and improvements to maintain competitive advantage and excellence in service delivery
Desired Experience
Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in school education, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles such as Principal, Vice‑Principal, or Head of School.
Proven track record of driving academic excellence and improving school rankings.
Experience managing large, co‑educational institutions (500+ students) is highly desirable.
Successful experience in faculty development, curriculum innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with national educational policies, accreditation processes, and the Indian school ecosystem.
