Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the highest possible levels of care aremaintainedby supporting/assisting residents, with washing, dressing,mealtimesand all other aspects of daily living.
  • Promoting residents' independence and well-being.
  • Monitoring residents' health conditions, liaising with relatives and colleagues.
  • Supporting residents in physical and social activities, getting to knowtheirinterests, and needsso they canlead their bestlifepossible,by understanding what means most to them as an individual.
What we look for
  • You'llneed to have a naturally caringand kind nature
  • Have excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing withchallenging situations.
  • The ability to work well on your own or as part of a team.

Ideally you will have anSVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care, butdon’tworry if youdon’t, we will fully fund and support you to achieve this.
