We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to support our client’s site. The role involves managing a small team of cleaners, ensuring high cleanliness standards and providing a safe, hygienic environment for our clients. Working days are Monday to Friday, 10:30‑19:00.

• Manage a small team, including rota planning, holiday scheduling, performance oversight, and delivering training while maintaining accurate records.
• Oversee and assist with cleaning floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms, and other ad‑hoc areas.
• Conduct weekly cleaning audits, identifying and escalating any concerns.
• Order stock and consumables, manage the stock system, and distribute supplies to cleaning cupboards.
• Engage regularly with customers and clients, assisting them as needed and communicating at all levels.

• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Must undergo background screening prior to commencement.
