Night-Shift Feed Mill Operator

Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Eagle Grove, IA, is looking for a full‑time Night‑Shift Feed Mill Operator. This position offers $22.00 - $26.00 per hour plus a $1,500 sign‑on bonus and a range of benefits after a 30‑day probation period.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Commitment to a zero‑injury goal and ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in confined spaces
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends during the busy season as needed
• Preferred: experience in a maintenance‑related position
• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus)

Job Details:

• Work hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 5:00 pm – 4:00 am
• Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, operating a computer‑controlled system, supporting operations and maintenance personnel, and performing general housekeeping duties such as cleaning equipment and buildings.
• Maintain a professional image and attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
