Sales Representative – Residential Construction

Odyssey Contracting is seeking a Sales Representative to generate and close high-quality residential construction projects, including remodels, additions, decks, and roofing. This consultative role owns the customer journey from the first appointment through to a signed contract and clean handoff.

• Lead Management: Manage inbound leads, schedule appointments, and qualify homeowners based on budget and fit.
• Scope Development: Capture accurate project scopes, review plans with homeowners, and develop detailed scopes of work.
• Closing: Present proposals professionally, lead pricing conversations, and secure signed contracts.

  Set clear expectations and maintain a premium client experience throughout the sales process.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data and ensure clean documentation for Project Managers.

Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience (construction preferred), strong presentation skills, ability to read plans, and a valid driver's license.

Compensation: Competitive base + commission structure.
