Overview

We are praying for a new Rector who will work with us in a ‘growth’ agenda, who will be an enthusiastic enabler and motivator, who will get out and about to meet as many people as possible, and who is keen to work with youngsters.

• Support from our SSM, Readers, Lay Elders, Churchwardens and PCCs.
• Willingness to continue a practice where each parish takes responsibility for the practicalities of ministry, worship and compliance.
• Time and opportunity to nurture your personal faith, as well as that of the church and wider community, we recognise the challenge of ministering to the needs of eight rural parishes and will support you in achieving a good work/life balance so that your time with us will be enjoyable and rewarding for you and for us.
