Qualification:

2.With qualification certificate of English teacher or TESOL, TEFL certificates（teaching credentials, academic titles and honors）
3. Native English speakers or fluent non-native speakers with no distinguishable accent.
5. Formal teaching qualifications are desirable, but not necessarily required
6. Pre-Existing Chinese language skill is desirable, but not necessarily required
7. No record of criminal activities
8. Bachelor's degree or high school graduation or relevant educational certificate, negotiable based on individual qualifications and performances

University Degree
Demonstrated knowledge of Order to Cash work stream with experience in a multinational Shared Services environment
Minimum 1 year customer facing experience.
Must demonstrate strong telephone communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate
Fluency in English + German
Excellent active listening skills with effective verbal skills to respond to customers with a rational and empathetic manner.
Able to respond flexibly and empathetically to customer needs, managing their expectations effectively.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills

To be able to translate business goals into specific objectives, and specific objectives into detailed needs
