IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for a versatile IT Systems Administrator to manage all aspects of our IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining systems, supporting employees, and ensuring our technology runs smoothly day-to-day. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working independently.

• Manage and maintain company computers, servers, and network infrastructure
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc.)
• Set up and configure laptops, workstations, and mobile devices
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees (accounts, hardware, access)

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for all employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
• Provide timely and friendly support to non-technical staff
• Manage licenses, permissions, and integrations across systems
• Evaluate and implement new tools as needed

• Maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and MFA
• Manage backups and basic disaster recovery processes
• Ensure company devices and data are secure

• Maintain office network (Wi‑Fi, routers, firewalls, VPN)
• Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when needed
• Monitor uptime and performance
• Work with external IT vendors, MSPs, or contractors when necessary
• Assist with office setups, moves, or expansions
• Recommend cost-effective technology improvements

• 2–5 years of hands‑on IT or systems administration experience
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers)
  • Experience supporting end users directly

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Automated scripting (Power Shell, Bash)
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, MS Admin, etc.)

• Self‑starter who can work independently
• Comfortable handling a wide variety of IT tasks
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Patient and helpful when supporting employees
• Practical and cost‑conscious decision‑maker
• Salary: $78,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
