Job Description:

The Senior Dev Ops Engineer will support multiple software products and brands across the organization, including Debt Solutions, CoStar Suites, Loop Net, , , and Ten‑X.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, in‑person, not‑for‑profit university or college.
• 5+ years experience managing heavy‑traffic web sites using mass‑scale architecture with a developer focus.
• Solid sizing and estimation techniques for small to medium‑size tasks and projects.
• Infrastructure as code using Cloud Formation, Terraform or similar.
• Heavy experience using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes environments and supporting tooling.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical application to improving workflows, observability and team efficiency.
• Heavy scripting support with Power Shell or Bash.
• Conceptual understanding of SQL and No‑SQL databases, with ability to evaluate and select appropriate solutions.
• Experience configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDN) for performance caching and global traffic management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure foundation components of large networks in AWS and on‑prem (systems & network administration, DNS, hypervisors, containers, databases, multi‑datacenters).

• Enterprise monitoring tools experience (APM, system vitals, synthetics, RUM).
• Programming experience in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, server‑less architecture.
• PCI compliance and remediation familiarity.
• Mobile application support (iOS, Android).
• REST API or microservices development.
• Agile methodologies, sprint cycle experience.
