Social Media Specialist needs expert knowledge of social media landscape and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
Social Media Specialist requires:
 Deep working knowledge of social listening platforms such as NetBase, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, SpredFast or other large social listening vendors.
 NetBase preferred.
 Ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data and to see the big picture, providing actionable and influential recommendations.
 Ability to recognize opportunities, formulate hypotheses, plan research, identify insights, and drive recommendations relevant to the business goals and objectives
 Basic knowledge of research methods and statistics, and qualitative research skills including the ability to interpret unstructured data and translate it into actionable insights.
 Experience establishing metrics, gleaning insights, and recommending strategies that support organizational goals.
 Working knowledge of paid social media tactics.
 Expert level user for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive Suite etc.
 Naturally curious; inspired by the road less traveled and finding creative solutions that others haven’t considered.
 Analytical by nature, but able to translate data into insights with a story telling mentality
 Demonstrated commitment going above & beyond to help business partners or system users in solving problems or finding information
Social Media Specialist duties:
 social listening analyst who will help identify key trends and glean rich insights from organic online community conversations across global social media platforms, online forums and reviews to translate them into business opportunities and priorities.
 Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and brand agencies, this person should become an expert on our community, customers, our full assortment of products and the impact they have on our community
 . They will grow cross-functional relationships to become a go-to thought partner on community-oriented initiatives and social listening.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   3 to 4 Years work experience
