We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Associate to support the implementation and continuous improvement of a Supplier Quality Management System (SQMS) in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role partners with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, IT, and suppliers to ensure compliant and efficient supplier processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Supplier Notice of Change (NOC) intake, risk review, and routing
- Perform UAT and coordinate issue resolution with IT/vendor teams
- Maintain procedures, work instructions, training & document control in QMS
- Provide Tier-1 support and assist with continuous improvement activities
- 3+ years in Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, or Supply Chain (regulated/manufacturing)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with eQMS tools (ETQ, Master Control, Track Wise, Arena, SAP QM, etc.)
- Knowledge of change control, risk management, and process mapping
