Job Description

KellyConnect is looking to hire a Technical Service Coordinator for our client in Irvine, CA.

Daily Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating service activities, order fulfillment, and invoicing requests.
  • Handling all incorrect asset issues and update tracking systems accordingly
  • Using databases to gather information to generate reports for customers and sales teams
  • Assisting sales teams by completing quote requests for agreements
  • Reviewing and approving warranty and service invoices and document in the customers tracking system
  • Reporting of overall performance on contract sales, showing contract levels and renewal rates

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or under direct supervision
  • Medical device experience preferred
