Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year plus bonus

- Implement and manage job costing across fencing and decking projects
- Track margins and identify profitability issues at the project level
- Manage A/R, A/P, and near‑term cash flow forecasting
- Improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting cadence
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Experience in construction or project‑based environments (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
