- Review packing slips for receiving purposes.
- Answer phone & emails for department and resolve issues with the Project Managers.
- Print labels accordingly & distribute to the appropriate team members for put-away.
- Efficiently & effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good writing, analytical problem‑solving skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
