This role supports the day-to-day operation of the digital workplace by providing first-level technical support, assisting with onboarding, and offboarding, and maintaining systems, documentation, and security standards. You’ll combine hands-on technical support with strong communication skills, working independently while supporting users across the organization.

- 2+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support roles
- Hands-on experience with user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of Tier 1 service desk support and basic Tier 2 troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS, Microsoft 365, and standard enterprise applications
- Familiarity with hardware setup, peripherals, and basic networking concepts
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- Understanding of basic IT security practices and compliance requirements
