Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to trade compliance processes within Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and troubleshoot issues related to trade compliance, export screening, and SCM integrations.
• Monitor and analyse trade compliance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Prepare proposals and Statements of Work to ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions and present capabilities to client audiences.
• Assist sales staff with solutions for sales client interactions and present capabilities.
• Run Oracle Fusion design workshops and have deep experience and expertise in them.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management modules, including Order Management, Planning, and Manufacturing.
• In‑depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Extensive experience with integrating third‑party trade screening systems or applications with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM ecosystem.
• Certifications or specialisations in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM are highly desirable.
