As a Floating Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties in your region. This hands‑on leader thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about property upkeep and resident satisfaction.

• Property Maintenance
  :
  Perform and supervise maintenance repairs, schedule and monitor preventative maintenance, and respond to after‑hours emergencies.
• Operations
  :
  Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software, maintain budgets and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC‑EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Three or more years of hands‑on apartment or building maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Availability to be on‑call and responsive to after‑hour emergencies.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time or more, including locally and out of the area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Estimated Rate of Pay: $30.40 - $32.96 hourly (non‑exempt). Pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
