** What You’ll Do
*** Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries
* Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, and help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions
* Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns while communicating availability and expectations clearly
* Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment###

* Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and reporting
* Confidence learning and discussing equipment specs, availability, and basic operation
