Multi Trade Operative - Plumber

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team.

You'll deliver first‑class service to our properties covering Islington and surrounding areas.

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs related to specialized trades and any secondary trades.
• Complete all work efficiently and within required deadlines.

• Reliable, experienced plumber with skills in additional trades.
• Excellent customer‑care abilities.
• Valid UK driving licence – company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
