Position:  Key Account Ecommerce Manager - Turkey
We are looking at a member as Key Account Manager Ecommerce Business for our client Indian MNC based in Dubai, Role is based in Riyadh , Reporting to Marketing Manager - E COM.
One of the key factors of success is to first create the right foundation for growth by partnering with the right e-tailers, streamlining processes for the entire ECOM operations, content & activations on each of the ECOM platforms in key countries.
The role will lead the growth and P&L operations of the ECOM vertical for the country. He / She will be responsible for accomplishing Country specific strategic business objectives by managing end to end ECOM operations from identifying, developing and supporting e-commerce channels, product listing, content generation, consumer activations, monitoring results and maximizing revenue.


Strategic Partnerships: Support the RUMEA ECOM Manager to build strategic and long-term partnership with key e-tailers in the country. Lead listing of products and commercial terms & end to end process agreements with the e-tailers.



Create/Enhance/Maintain rich content, from product info to images, for all the products across platforms for different countries. Ensure the brand store exudes the right image and all hygiene parameters are taken care of. To ensure consumer converts the visit product page to purchase. Ensure robust and right content is available for all the products that will support consumers to make informed purchases


2 Operations & Vendor Management: Monitor and follow up on the stock deliveries to the Ecom partners. Manage the entire processes of Purchase Orders and Invoicing/Returns and Reconciliations of stocks.


Managing vendors by accepting & signing- Vendor Agreements on Vendor central for monthly Campaigns and tracking finances from E-Com channels - Debit notes, Payments issues for distributor To ensure no loss of sales and consumer growth trends due to stock outs in the platforms


3 Digital Marketing & Visibility: Support the ECOM Manager to formulate the Marketing & Activation plans for different categories & countries To ensure visibility and increase in consumer traffic to store/page resulting in increasing purchase conversions.


4 Online Merchandizing & Activations: To ensure the activations are driven by the ECOM partners in respective countries as per defined calendar plan. Be accountable for all the online merchandizing as per planned campaigns.


5 Report and Analysis: Provide basic reports on ECOM sales by category and country, activation effectiveness reports, consumer trends, Inventory details with ECOM partners

Position Requirements
Bachelor,   7 to 8 Years work experience
1.Preferable graduation degree in Business/Marketing. MBA in Marketing highly desirable

2 .A qualification in Digital Marketing highly desirable

3. 7-8 years of experience managing operations and activations in e-com stores. Experience dealing with Amazon mandatory

4 Exposure to the country and consumer care segment desirable
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
