Job Overview
At Qultim Inc., we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.

Objectives of this Role
• Represent our company’s services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
• Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients

• Maintain working relationships with existing and new clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
• Establish relationships and acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Visiting clients and potential clients to promote products and services.
• maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• identify and respond to client needs
• keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• follow up on customer orders as necessary
• anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
• Keeps management informed by submitting weekly and monthly activity and results reports
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   1 to 2 Years work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Turkish, and Arabic.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Personal integrity
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
• Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Ability to travel to customer events
• confident and charismatic approach to people

Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Five years’ experience in Sales or related field
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in English, Turkish, and Arabic.
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills

  • Arabic - Good
