Experteer Overview Join BYD Milan Design Studio to help shape BYD’s global styling language for exterior and interior design. You will work in a multicultural, international team on end-to-end styling concepts and innovative solutions that support BYD’s zero-emission mission. Senior and Chief levels offer increasing scope from independent delivery to global styling strategy and team leadership. This role provides the chance to influence design direction across projects and collaborate with engineering and design peers worldwide.
Your work will contribute to BYD’s sustainable mobility vision in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Independently deliver end-to-end styling solutions for exterior and interior concepts (Senior)
Lead project-specific trend research and feasibility checks with engineering
Guide junior designers and participate in design reviews (Senior)
Develop and implement exterior/interior styling strategy and creative direction (Chief)
Build and manage an international styling team and coordinate with global design/engineering teams (Chief)
ResponsabilitàFluent in English (written & spoken)
Bachelor in Automotive/Transportation/Industrial/Interior Design Mandatory professional automotive design portfolio
Passion for automotive innovation and European design trends
Ability to work in a multicultural international team Senior: proven automotive exterior/interior styling experience; strong design and problem‑solving skills; proficient in design software; hands‑on with digital and physical models
Chief: extensive automotive styling leadership experience; team‑building and talent development; global design vision and strategic trend insight
