Production Supervisor

Location: Gorizia

Experteer Overview  In this role you will coordinate floor-level production activities to optimize people and materials, ensuring orders align with plans and targets. You will work under the Production Manager to enhance cross‑functional skills, reinforce SOP adherence, and launch autonomous maintenance pilot projects. You will monitor food safety compliance and contribute to safe, efficient factory operations. You will collaborate with the health, safety, and management teams to maintain high standards of working conditions, while optimizing shifts and material usage.

This is a hands‑on role at the Gorizia plant with a clear impact on OEE, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support training programs to grow multi‑functional operators and reinforce SOPs
Advance autonomous maintenance pilot projects
Monitor compliance with modern food safety standards
Collaborate with Production Manager and Health & Safety to maintain safe, compliant working conditions
Optimize production planning and shift/cycle management for FTE and materials
Coordinate floor data collection and lead systematic analysis
Responsabilità   Minimum 3 years in Production, Maintenance, or Engineering
Basic spoken and written English
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
