Box Truck Driver & Warehouse Helper

Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Box Truck Driver to operate a 26,000-pound (non-CDL) box truck for local deliveries and pickups. In addition to driving duties, this role includes general warehouse responsibilities such as loading/unloading shipments, inventory support, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is flexible, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Saturday and/or overtime hours may be required as required per business need.

• Operate a 26,000 lb. box truck to complete daily routes for local pickups and deliveries
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods to customers, job sites, or partner locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Secure loads and ensure compliance with company and DOT safety standards
• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery paperwork

• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or by hand
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and stock warehouse inventory in designated locations
• Assist in order picking, packing, staging, and shipping operations
• Support regular inventory counts and cycle audits
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and in compliance with company standards
• Additional duties as required based on business need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving box trucks up to 26,000 lbs. (non-CDL required; CDL is a plus but not necessary)
• Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with basic inventory systems or scanners is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Pay/Compensation:
Starting at $22.00/hr
