This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation.

Deli Clerks are responsible for making sure the Deli section of the store is well stocked and orderly in appearance; with a focus on food safety and food presentation. Clerks are called upon for food service ( including catering) , food prep, stocking, order taking, order fulfillment, as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management.

Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business.

Education:

High School or equivalent

Experience & Skills:

Previous Deli experience is preferred.

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits.

Salary and Compensation:

Requirements

Availability:

• All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed.
• Clerk Schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position is variable, which means changing schedules are a requirement of this job.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Salary Description

$10.00-$14.00 hourly based on skills & experience
