We rely on Nursing Assistants as a fundamental component of our clinical nursing team.

• Base wages: $21.50 - $24.20 per hour (new rates)
• Hero/Hazard pay: $3.40 per hour

  • $1.50 per hour for 2nd Shift

• 8‑hour shifts, all shifts include rotating weekends (1 weekend per pay period)
• Full‑time, part‑time, or 2nd‑shift only (2 pm–10 pm)

• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide – bathing, skincare, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, encouraging a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.

• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
• Current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player who supports team members and completes the job.
