Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Operations & Process Excellence department supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Analytics, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Design, optimize, and implement operational processes and improvements focused on efficiency and scalability

+ Develop and deploy technology-driven solutions and automation to reduce manual work

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to define problems and scope technical solutions

+ Analyze data to guide decision-making, identify risks, and improve operational strategy

+ Investigate and resolve escalations, generating insights for long-term process and technology enhancements

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ Experience in process improvement, automation, or technical operations (0-5+ years depending on level)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

+ Familiarity with workflows, operational systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
