- 5+ years of experience in a desktop support or technical support role
- Experience with a ticketing system (Service Now is what the team uses now)
- Experience troubleshooting through Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products
- Experience troubleshooting through basic A/V issues as needed
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Troubleshooting through printer and mail issues, as well as some server and networking (VPN or Internet) issues as needed
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues deskside with users
- Troubleshooting and resolving conference room equipment issues (computers/microphones connecting to screens/projectors, etc)
