Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls

  • Customer service

  • Data Entry

  • Electronic Filing

  • Prepare reports

  • Communicate Client status and/ or Care Provider changes/ concerns/ requests to team

  • Assist the Office Manager with any necessary tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education required: High school Diploma

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficient in writing and sending emails

  • Comfortable learning and using new technology.

  • Must be able to read, write legibly, speak clearly, and understand the English language.

  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly in busy and high-volume setting.

  • Proficient in the use of the Computer System or other relevant internal data system

  • Proficient in writing and sending emails

  • Document all communication and/or job-related action into the registry’s data system in clear and concise manner

  • Organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept.

  • Problem Solver

  • Self-Motivated

  • Must have patience tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult Clients and Care Providers.

  • Skills in answering the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner and using a multi-line phone system.

  • Able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

  • Demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others.

  • Demonstrate willingness to adapt to change.

  • Confident positive manner and appearance.

  • Type at least 40 wpm.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA
