- - Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting;
Conduct daily/weekly preventative maintenance and complete daily log sheets;
Operate floor sweeper / scrubber to maintain the facility floor;
Battery management: maintain and operate the battery changing station where applicable;
Safety & Compliance: dispose of hazardous materials per OSHA and Wayfair policies; follow all safety procedures; administrative: complete work orders and logs
