Wage: $18/ hr

Schedule:

Mon
- Fri 3pm-11:30am and these hours may be subject to change depending on operational needs

Skills:

* Be able to drive between multiple locations to perform cleaning inspections, train new personnel and more

* Able to perform the duties of supervised staff

* Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client

* Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.

* Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior

* Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism

* Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made

* Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team

* Collaborative style with strong influencing skills
• Previous experience of cleaning procedures and practices

* Good time management

* Proficient written and verbal English communication

* Strong employee and client focus.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

* Experienced with stocking and replenishing Supplies

* Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

* Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.

* Drivers License and a good driving record

* Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

* Must be able to start training immediately.

* 18 years of age or older

* A pre-employment criminal background check is required

* Previous Lead/Supervisor experience in Janitorial Role a must
