Production Installer – Sunshine Foundation Repair Sunshine Foundation Repair is looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Installers. In this role, you will be responsible for installing foundation repair solutions, waterproofing systems, and other structural support products to help homeowners protect their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to install foundation repair and waterproofing systems according to company standards.

Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations safely and efficiently.

Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and care.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Communicate with team members and customers in a professional manner.

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a related field is a plus, but not required—we provide full training!

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor environments.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
