Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Management:
Monitor inventory levels, track replenishment needs, and ensure product availability across stores or online.

Space & Display Planning:
Design and execute strategic product layouts, planograms, and visual displays to boost visibility and customer engagement.

Sales Analysis:
Analyze past sales data, customer behavior, and seasonal trends to forecast demand and maximize profitability.

Vendor & Buyer

Collaboration:

Work closely with buyers, suppliers, and store managers to negotiate pricing and ensure a consistent retail experience.

Brand Compliance:
Ensure retail promotions, pricing changes, and brand aesthetic guidelines are correctly implemented on the sales floor.

Skills & Qualifications Analytical

Skills:

Proficiency in tracking data, using retail management software, and spotting sales trends.

Commercial Awareness: A strong understanding of the 5 R's of merchandising and consumer purchasing behavior.

Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate with vendors and coordinate with floor staff.

Organizational Capabilities:
