Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory sheets daily.
Track stock movement across the warehouse, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
Identify stock mismatches and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain SKU-wise stock accuracy.
Create inventory reports and stock summaries.
Help improve inventory tracking systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Order Processing & Dispatch:
Process daily Shopify orders.
Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners.
Ensure timely dispatch and order accuracy.
Handle failed deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
Monitor operational bottlenecks and delays.
Excel & Reporting:
Build and maintain operational trackers.
Create dashboards for inventory and dispatch performance.
Use formulas and logic to automate repetitive tasks.
Analyze operational data and suggest process improvements.
Process Improvement:
Improve operational efficiency through better systems.
Create SOPs for repetitive workflows.
Reduce manual errors and improve overall accuracy.
