Idealny kandydat powinien władać narzędziami takimi jak JIRA oraz Confluence, a także mieć umiejętności modelowania w BPMN i UML. Praca wymaga wysokiej komunikacji i umiejętności pracy w zespole zgodnie z metodykami zwinnych (Scrum).
