DB engineer for the project 3.9 Continuous service for Oracle based applications is responsible for enabling the features for the complete environments of our customer, implementation, integrity testing, application validation, troubleshooting & fixing issue post the changes, providing support for various issues, if occur after rollout, rollback plan, immediate implementation if any business critical databases the actual plan failed

Responsibilities
:

• Prepare prePROD environment to enable FSFO,
• Sync the Data Guard if any issues / Error in DG,
• Rebuild the Standby as per need,
• DB Service Creation
• Creation of New DB
• Migration of Old PDB to New Container
• Activation of FSFO
• Troubleshooting FSFO issue
• Execute tests on prePROD:
  Switchover and Failover
• DB Level Patching
• Execute changes related to OS [Unix Process,Load manaagment, Deamon) as per need,
• RAC Issues Handling with DR
• OGG Microserives and OEM set up
• Implement changes on PROD

Skills required / The technical expert must meet the following criteria:

• 10+ years of experience of managing Oracle Database version 12c to 19c [ RAC, Data guard],
• Operating system experience in Linux,
• Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump),
• Good problem solver, focused and dedicated developer with ability to work on your own as well as with a team. Creating PDB Services, stop start services,
• Handling different types of Data guard issues,
• Strong practical experience of ORACLE in a production RAC (ASM) environment (19c),
• Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail,
• Good Knowledge on Oracle Golden gate [Clear understanding of process flow, Downstream databases, OGG start stop],
• Good knowledge on Storage,
• Good knowledge on FSFO problem solving, observers,
• Good knowledge on process [Change management, Incident management],
• knowledge on Oracle SR handling,
• Knowledge on OEM architecture, and managing OEM matrices .
