We are Urgently looking for Japanese customer care talents living around the Globe to join our Global community, and to work on Premium Contact Center Projects with us.
Our Premium projects can be Inbound Customer Care over the phone/e-mail/chat or Outbound Data Verification, Soft Lead Generation, Consulting, Survey taking, Event invitation.

We are launching our new inbound customer service for Japan and South Korea  in the hospitality industry, with chat support from the 1st of July!

We are looking for you in case you have:
Contact Center or other Customer Service Experience (2yrs+)
College or University Degree is an advantage
Strong user level of Computing Skills
You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
You have excellent communication skills (oral, written) in Japanese
You have good communication skills in English

What we need from you:
• Broadband internet connection
• Ethernet based LAN connection

• Processor: 1.8Ghz upwards (64bit preferable)
• RAM: 4 GB RAM upwards
• Available Storage: 10Gb minimum
• Preferred Resolution: 1920x1080

Operating System

• A fixed, physical home location with a separated, quiet area for work.
