Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jeddah. The Accountant will handle daily bookkeeping activities, including recording journal entries, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining the general ledger. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking accounts payable and receivable, and supporting cash flow management. The role also involves assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

The Accountant will coordinate with internal departments and external partners, support audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

• Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable management, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., ERP prefer Phenix) and solid Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and basic tax principles.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with Team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or beauty/luxury brands is a plus, especially within regional markets.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage deadlines, and handle confidential financial information with integrity.
