About This Job:

Responsible for coordinating and managing the projects between the clients and the company staff (Designers & Developers) in terms of collecting client thoughts, technical specification, materials... etc.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the projects from a to z between the clients and Yadonia Group Team and ensure all data is collected before starting the project
  • Occasionally assist in producing content and photos for the projects
  • Provide support for the clients in terms of setting up emails, fixing bugs… etc
  • Register domain names
  • Create hosting accounts
  • Create the email accounts and manage them for the clients
  • Do full quality assurance and insure that the project is delivered as per the client requirements

    • Qualifications:

  • A car is a must
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Excellent in English language (writing / speaking / reading)
  • Excellent computer & Internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good background in programming languages & graphic design programs

    • Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
    • Position Requirements
    Less than 1 Year work experience
