Education: High school graduate; must be able to speak, read, write and
understand the primary language in the workplace; must be able to
perform basic mathematical calculations.
Experience: Varies, depending on the type of restaurant and level of service
required; knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room
procedures; generally a minimum of one (1) year as a busboy.
Must be customer sensitive and possess a sense of timing.
