Position: Put Away / Picker – Reach Truck Driver
Job Summary
 We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Joliet, IL. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to put away inventory, replenish stock, and pick customer orders while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
 Responsibilities
 Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
 Put away incoming inventory into designated storage locations.
 Pick and stage orders accurately according to work instructions.
 Perform inventory movements and replenishments as needed.
 Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track product movement.
 Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
 Maintain a clean and organized work area.
 Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
 Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
 Qualifications
 Previous experience operating a reach truck is required.

Experience with picking, put-away, and warehouse operations preferred.
 Ability to use RF scanners and follow inventory procedures.
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
 Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
