About the RoleThe Strategic Partnerships Manager – Google Alliance is responsible for strengthening and expanding the strategic relationship between Kloud Stax and Google. This role focuses on building executive and field-level relationships across Google sales, partner, and technical organizations to drive and organize co-sell/services registration(s), partner-led (DR) opportunities, and joint go-to-market execution.
You will work cross-functionally with Google & Kloud Stax’s partner management, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align on partner strategy, activate joint initiatives, and ensure Kloud Stax is consistently positioned as a trusted Google delivery and resale partner.
Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Google leadership, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), field sellers, and Customer Engineering teams.
- Act as the primary coordination point for alliance-related activities between Kloud Stax, Google, and ISVs.
- Maintain regular partner cadence meetings (pipeline reviews, QBRs, planning sessions) to align on priorities, pipeline, and joint initiatives.
- Serve as the central coordination point for resolving partner-related escalations and enablement needs to ensure long-term partnership success.
- Strengthen executive-, partner-, and field-level relationships across Google partner, sales, and technical organizations to advance the Kloud Stax–Google strategic alliance.
- Define and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with Google stakeholders and Kloud Stax leadership, including campaigns, events, webinars, workshops, and account-alignment initiatives.
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline growth through coordinated GTM programs in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Develop ways to manage and track co-sell, services, and deal registrations, ensuring accurate reporting, visibility, and coordination across internal and Google partner systems.
- Develop and scale repeatable partnership playbooks, enablement motions, and best practices that improve co-sell engagement, field alignment, and partner program effectiveness.
- Track and report on partnership KPIs, including pipeline influence, co-sell engagement, program performance, and GTM outcomes, providing strategic recommendations to improve alliance performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to align resources supporting strategic opportunities and partner initiatives.
- Provide insights into partner incentives, funding programs, and strategic initiatives that accelerate company growth.
- Help refine Kloud Stax’s overall Google alliance strategy as the partnership scales.
- Work with Finance to manage Google partner rebates and incentive programs, including applying for new programs, tracking performance, ensuring eligibility, and optimizing rebate attainment.
- Own Google Partner Tier Governance, tracking and maintaining Kloud Stax’s status across Google Cloud and Google Workspace partner paths (Co-Sell, Services, Technology), ensuring compliance with certification, activity, and participation requirements while driving initiatives to achieve the next partner tier.
- Maintain and expand Google Cloud and Google Workspace Competencies and Advanced Competencies by monitoring renewal thresholds, certifications, delivery metrics, customer references, and deal registrations, while developing plans to achieve additional competencies aligned to strategic solution areas.
