CREW LEADER​/FOREMAN

In partnership with the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for onsite performance of projects — including quality, cost control, and schedule.

You will:

• Lead and supervise field crews
• Mentor and train team members in proper techniques
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain high-quality workmanship
• Manage projects with minimal oversight
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

• Proven construction experience with hands‑on supervision
• Strong leadership and mentorship mindset
• Ability to manage multiple active projects when needed
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Ability to work at heights exceeding 40 feet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Responsible care of company vehicles, tools, and materials
• Must be drug free
