Drive youth to engaging adventure camps this summer with Youth Services, focusing on ages 11-16. Enjoy a fun work environment while promoting recreation and activity.
Youth Services is looking for Class 4 Drivers to help facilitate youth programs. You will play a crucial role in encouraging active lifestyles among participants during camps, working alongside Assistant Program Coordinators. Your leadership and passion for recreation will support youths' social interactions and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive participants safely to various camp locations
• Engage youth in fun recreational activities
• Assist coordinators in managing camp logistics
• Address conflicts effectively during group events
• Uphold safety standards during all activities
Requirements:
• Valid Unrestricted Class 4 BC Driver’s License is a must
• Experience or enthusiasm for youth recreation preferred
• Completed coursework in Child and Youth Care or similar
• Hold a current First Aid Level 1 certification
• Pass a clear Vulnerable Sector Check
