Our client is a growing public accounting firm seeking a CAS Accounting Specialist to support one of its largest and fastest‑growing outsourced accounting clients. This role will focus heavily on transaction coding, account reconciliations, and day‑to‑day bookkeeping within Sage Intacct and/or Restaurant
365.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of accounting, thrives in a fast‑paced client environment, and wants to become a subject matter expert in cloud accounting systems.

• Code and categorize daily financial transactions accurately
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support AP, AR, and general ledger maintenance
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
• Review financial activity for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain clean and accurate records in Sage Intacct and/or R365
• Collaborate with internal CAS teams and external clients
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Generate standard financial reports as needed

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, staff accounting, or outsourced accounting experience
• Experience in public accounting CAS, outsourced accounting, or multi‑client bookkeeping strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct and/or Restaurant
  365 (R365) preferred
• Strong account reconciliation experience required
• Comfortable coding high volumes of transactions
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred (not always required)

• Restaurant / hospitality accounting experience
• Experience supporting multiple entities/locations
• Exposure to cloud accounting tools (Quick Books Online, , Expensify, etc.)
