We are a large hardwood flooring distributing/manufacturing company seeking a hardworking, skilled Sales Representative to service our Minneapolis, Kansas Territory. The ideal candidate would possess a college degree (or 3+ years sales experience), a clean driving record, and would be able to pass a required Criminal Background check as well as a Pre-Employment drug screening prior to employment.
What You'll Do:- Build and Maintain relationships with retail flooring stores and business clients
- Travel frequently within your territory to meet customers and present products
- Identify new business opportunities and grow sales
- Manage accounts and coordinate with internal teams
- Proven B2B or outside sales experience (flooring or building materials preferred)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with frequent travel
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Base salary + commission (unlimited earning potential)
- Mileage reimbursement/ travel allowance on company vehicle
