The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in oil and gas or heavy civil projects, capable of managing subcontractor performance and coordinating daily site activities in challenging conditions. The role requires strong supervision skills and the ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be based in Houston, TX or Anchorage, AK and willing to work a rotational schedule.
