We’re hiring an Assistant Manager in Kearney, NE to help oversee store operations, support staff and deliver a positive customer experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with retail or convenience store experience who enjoys coaching a team and keeping things running smoothly.
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM + every other weekend (45 hours/week)
What You’ll Do:- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise, coach and motivate team members
- Assist with inventory management and performance tracking
- Monitor customer transactions and ensure excellent service
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized store environment
- Help lead daily housekeeping and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, training and employee development
- Previous management or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory, store operations or performance management
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends - Reliable, organized and team‑focused mindset
$18+/hour
